Lemon Kiss
INGREDIENTS
½ can Lemon Squeeze
1 oz elderflower tonic
½ oz fresh lemon juice
3 fresh basil leaves
A thin lemon wheel
Honey, for the rim (optional but recommended)
Ice
PREP
1) Dip the rim of a tall glass in honey.
2) Clap the basil between hands once, drop it in.
3) Pour the lemon juice over.
4) Fill with ice.
5) Pour Lemon Squeeze first, elderflower tonic to top.
6) Stir once, gently. float the lemon wheel.
