Cider Slap
INGREDIENTS
½ can Cider Snap
1 oz fresh ginger beer
½ oz fresh lime juice
2 thin slices cucumber
A sprig of mint
Ice
PREP
1) Add the cucumber slices to a tall glass and gently muddle with the back of a spoon.
2) Tear the mint leaves and add them to the glass.
3) Pour in the lime juice.
4) Fill the glass generously with ice.
5) Pour in Cider Snap, then top with ginger beer.
6) Stir once to combine.
7) Garnish with a fresh mint sprig.
